Jelqing-Natural Penis Enlargement Exercises

Jelq has been practiced for thousands of years by Middle East men to increase penis girth and length naturally. The term Jelqing, also known as Jelking and Jelquing, is often used to name penis milking, extending and penis massaging methods that are applied as a way to increase the penis size. Nowadays, Jelqing have become the most utilized natural penis enlargement exercise.

Jelq will enlarge both penis girth and length. Jelquing works by promoting more blood flow into the your penis. The Jelqing exercises will extend and stretch the cell walls of the corpora cavernosa to admit larger quantities of blood to get into your corpora cavernosa. Jelqing techniques will increase the your girth as well as the lenght, but the jelqing results are seen most noticebaly in the penis during erection.

Jelqing, as in the case of other exercises, need to be completed day-after-day until you reach your target size. You can see some jelqing results and an increase in penis size after only four weeks and more evident results after few months.

It is recommended that you keep a journal of your Jelqing results. This Jelquing diary should also contain measurements of your penis girth and legth on a weekly basis. This will help you keep track of your Jelquing results.
Put Down both your erect penis length and your erect penis width prior to the Jelq. You can also measure  your flaccid penis size but this can vary between measurements so the most significant measurements to record are when your penis is erect. There are various means to measure your penis girth and length. You can use any technique as long as you use the same method during your jelqing program. So make sure that you use the same method every week.

Jelqing is just like any other physical exercise - you need to warm-up ahead of your jelqing. For the jelqing warm-up you can simply gently rub in a warm water, or follow the steps below:

1.    Massage you penis until it is semi-erect

2.    Soak a flannel in warm water
3.    Wrap the soaked washcloth around your member for a few minutes.
4.    Do the above steps for at least three times.

1.  Ensure that your penis is partially erect
2.  apply a lubricating substance, such as vaseline, on both your hands and your penis.
3.  Make an OK sign with the thumb and index of one hand around the base of your penis and grip it securely.
4.  begin milking your penis from base to end towards the tip of your penis.
5.  When you reaches the head (end

As any other exercises, there are few things to take into consideration to safely perform exercises. Here are the most important recommeded safety points:

  1.  Always do the Jelqing warm-up exercises before commencing Jelquing exercises.
  2. Always use sufficient lubricant during Jelquing exercise.
  3. Don't pressure too hard when applying the jelq grip. If it hurts or you see bruises on your penis after jelquing then your jelq grip is too hard.
  4. Jelq only when your penis is not fully erect to avoid hurting your penis. 
  5. Always do a "warm-down" (same as a warm-up) routine at the completion of your jelquing.
  6. Don't execute more than 100 jelqs each day during the first week. For the second week, execute 200 jelqs each day. During the third week, perform 300 jelqs each day. From the fourth week onward, try and do 500 jelqs each day.
